APPLICATION SCHEDULE
Note
Since there are limitations to number of booths we can place, once we reach the maximum number of booths, we will close the applications. Moreover, if the exhibiting product does not meet the standard of our exhibition, we may decline your exhibition.
Official Acceptance
- Application will be accepted, if you submit application form and related documents. Furthermore, application will be officially received once you pay full exhibition fee. If we do not confirm full exhibition fee by the deadline, application will be cancelled with no objection.
- Primarily, once you apply, cancellation is not accepted. If you ought to cancel, we will ask for same amount as exhibition fee to be paid.
- If application was not accepted, exhibition fee will be returned.
- Should the applicant have the record of dishonored bills or checks, suspension of bank transactions, commencement of bankruptcy, civil rehabilitation, corporate reorganization, or special liquidation proceedings, or if we otherwise deem the applicant inappropriate as an exhibitor, the organizer reserves the right to decline the exhibition application at any time.

Applications may close once the planned number of booths is filled, even prior to the deadline.

Deadline Day for Booth Plan
June 12, 2026
In order to sustain the quality of trade fair, we are askin g our exhibitors to submit their booth plan and product information to which we proceed an application screening. Furthermore, based on your submission of your booth plan, we will decide your exhibiting area and booth location.
