Standard Booth Equipment

Standard Plan

1 booth：¥473,000：tax included

[Equipment included in the booth fee]

  • System panels
    (Partition between neighboring booths… back panel, side panel)
    ※No panels for corner booths(two sides only)
  • Fascia
  • Company name plate
  • Two folding chairs
  • If additional panels are added within the booth, it will be at exhibitors’ own expense.
  • We will create company name plate in Gothic font. Designation of logo etc. are extra charge.
  • With two booths or more, a pillar is installed to support the parapet (if you want to remove them, please ask us). There is no partition panel.
1 booth＝3.0m×3.0m×2.7m　System panels
  • *Basic booth specifications may vary slightly by constructor company.
    Please refer to the exhibitor manual for details.

Creative Plan (Raw Space Plan)
※Exclusive to exhibitors with more than four booths

1 booth：¥451,000：tax included

  • We offer only the space, leaving the rest to your creativity.
  • Creative plan is not a plan to guarantee corner booth or two to four sides open booths.
  • If your booth is adjacent to another, exhibitors are required to install partition wall at your own expense.

Application documents

Submission Materials for the LIFE×DESIGN Secretariat

  1. Booth Application Form
  2. A copy of your business card
  3. Photos or catalog of your products you will exhibit
  4. A copy of the business registration certificate
When you apply for our exhibition, please submit the following to LIFE×DESIGN office: All above application documents. Afterward, please pay your exhibition fee (There is application screening). Please note that should there be any deficiencies or inconsistencies in the submitted application documents, participation may be declined regardless of the timing
