We are pleased to announce that the Kyoto Gift Show will be held for the fifth time on March 6th (Wed.) and 7th (Thu.), 2024, at Miyako Messe. We expect that Kyoto, Japan's leading tourist city, will finally show its true potential as tourism, which had been stagnant due to the pandemic, is now showing signs of revival.
The Gift Show in Kyoto will attract many buyers from Kyoto, Kansai region, and Tokai and Hokuriku regions. In addition, many buyers from all over Japan who are looking for good Japanese products will visit the show. In light of this, we will hold unique events that feature the background of manufacturing that cannot be found in Tokyo or Osaka, such as "Wazahaku", which focuses on techniques rather than products, and "Open Factory Day," which allows visitors to tour the workshops of exhibiting companies. In addition, by accepting students for visits, exhibiting companies involved in manufacturing, which have concerns about successors, use the show as a place to promote employment opportunities and exchange opinions with the younger generation.
