TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Booth locations will be determined at the discretion of the organizer. Once a booth location and booth number has been determined, it cannot be changed for any reason whatsoever. Under no circumstances may booths be reassigned, leased, or made available to third parties.
  2. An application to exhibit is considered complete upon receipt of payment of the booth fee and other required fees. The organizer reserves the right to refuse the application if the booth contract has already been completed upon receipt of the application form, or if the organizer deems that the exhibit products are unsuitable for the exhibition. In such a case, all payments already received by the organizer, including the exhibition fee, will be returned in full.
  3. Kintetsu Express is the official forwarder of the OIGS. The organizer strongly recommends exhibitors to use Kintetsu Express Sales, Inc. which can provide comprehensive services to avoid customs clearance and delivery problems.
    • a)Kintetsu Express will handle transportation, including customs clearance, on your behalf and guarantee delivery to your booth.
    • b)If exhibitors use their own forwarder, they are responsible for delivery and return of cargo, including customs clearance.

  4. Exhibitors will not be allowed to exhibit products whose importation is prohibited. In this regard, applicants are required to confirm in advance about the products to be exhibited. In addition, products and decorations deemed to be explosives or hazardous materials will not be allowed to exhibit. The organizer reserves the right to refuse any products that it deems unsuitable for exhibition. In order to avoid problems, please provide accurate product descriptions in this exhibition application form.
  5. Applicants must, as a matter of course, comply with the laws and regulations of Japan and Osaka Prefecture in addition to the rules and regulations of this exhibition.
  6. In principle, applicants may not cancel their applications after the application procedures have been completed. If an exhibitor cancels an application 60 days or more later to the opening date, no refund of fees already paid will be made. In addition, if the balance of the fees and optional facility usage fees, etc. are not paid by the designated date, the organizer may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, cancel the allocated booths and the exhibition contract, and may not refund the exhibition fees received.
  7. The organizer shall manage the exhibition site and exhibits as faithfully as possible to ensure their safety. However, the organizer shall not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters, fire, or force majeure. In addition, the Organizer shall not be liable for any damage caused by theft, loss, fire, or any other accident during the exhibition period, and the Applicant shall be responsible for such damage.
  8. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the exhibition due to force majeure such as natural disasters. The organizer may, at its sole discretion, refund the balance of the total exhibition fee received, after deducting any expenses incurred by the organizer, to the exhibitor. However, the organizer will not compensate for any damage incurred by the exhibitor as a result of this change.
  9. The exhibitor shall clean and keep the booth clean every day after the exhibition. Please dispose of garbage, paper waste, etc. in the designated areas.
  10. The Applicant shall assign an attendant to serve visitors and remain in the booth at all times during the exhibition. Any exhibited products or decorative items which put outside of the booth, may be removed and disposed of by the organizer. in which event, no claim shall be accepted by the organizer.
  11. The organizer will not permit the sale of any items in the booth, or the taking of photographs without permission.
  12. In addition to the above, if the organizer deems it necessary for the management and operation of this exhibition, the exhibitor must follow the instructions of the organizer.
  13. The organizer shall have full jurisdiction over all matters related to this exhibition.
  14. Applicants shall confine their exhibits and other activities to their own booths and shall not occupy aisles.
  15. Applications may be closed if the planned number of booth spaces is reached during the application period.
  16. The organizer reserves the right to request exhibitors to remove exhibits suspected of violating intellectual property rights.
